Basic Sourcing delivers factory matching and a supplier shortlist only, ideal for first-timers. Full Management Package handles the entire process from sourcing to delivery, for importers with ongoing needs. Do you really take no supplier commissions or kickbacks? How can you prove it?

We share the factory original invoice. You see the factory real quote, not a marked-up number. Contract terms explicitly state: JiuMo receives no commissions or rebates from factories. Our revenue comes from the service fees you pay, so our interests are fully aligned with yours. We help you get the lowest price, because that is how we earn long-term partnerships.

How does the 7-day no-match refund work exactly? What triggers it?

If you choose the Basic Sourcing or Full Management plan, and within 7 business days we cannot match at least 3 qualified suppliers meeting your quality and capacity requirements, a full refund is triggered. No reasons needed, no disputes, refunded to the original payment method. The refund guarantee is written into the service contract with legal force. Note: this clause does not apply if you change requirement specifications mid-process.

The Full Management plan is prepaid quarterly. What if I want to exit mid-quarter?

Quarterly prepayment can be terminated early. Fees for projects already launched in the current quarter are non-refundable, but remaining months for unstarted projects can be proportionally converted to a refund or credited toward a Basic Sourcing project. Exit is simple: just send written notice, no complicated termination clauses. We would rather you stay, but we will not lock you in with contracts.

How do I claim the 200 EUR referral reward? Are there any restrictions?

For every new client you refer who successfully signs any plan, you receive a 200 EUR credit, usable as a deduction on your next service fee or payable in cash. The referred client must mention your name at sign-up. The reward triggers only on the referred client first contract, no stacking. No cap: the more referrals, the more credits.

Is the annual prepaid 10% discount worth it? What are the conditions?

The Full Management annual prepay gets a 10% discount: 1,800 EUR x 12 x 0.9 = 19,440 EUR per year, saving 2,160 EUR vs. quarterly payment. Ideal for clients with stable sourcing rhythms planning long-term cooperation. Conditions: one-time full-year prepayment, 12-month contract term, no mid-term downgrade to Basic Sourcing, but upgrade to Strategic Partnership is allowed with a price difference supplement.

What does the supplier shortlist delivered by Basic Sourcing include?

The shortlist includes complete profiles of at least 3 suppliers: factory basics (name, address, years established), capacity and equipment overview, quality certifications (ISO, CE etc.), export experience and key clients, quotes and MOQ, audit scores with real photos, and a side-by-side comparison table. The materials are sufficient for you to make independent judgments and decisions, not a simple directory.

What is the approximate range for Strategic Partnership custom quotes? Will it be expensive?

Strategic Partnership quotes are customized based on your sourcing volume, product line count, and service depth. Typical range is 3,000 to 8,000 EUR per month, depending on whether you need a dedicated sourcing manager, multi-line coordination, IP protection coordination, and other add-on modules.
