  • All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included

7. Order Issues & Resolution First Policy 

Before opening a payment dispute or chargeback, we kindly ask customers to contact us directly.

We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and efficiently.

In most cases, issues can be resolved much faster through direct communication than through bank or PayPal disputes.


8. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback or dispute is opened without prior contact:

  • The resolution process may be delayed
  • We will provide all transaction, shipping, and communication records to the payment provider

We encourage customers to contact us first so we can resolve issues amicably.


9. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider (processing time may vary)
  3. If still unresolved, contact us for assistance

11. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
